Play & Learn
Parents and Family Members
Engage with Children
Play & Learn groups are organized play groups for young children and the people who take care of them – grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters, other family members, friends and parents.
At Play & Learn, young children and their caregivers participate in fun, educational play activities and get to know other people in their neighborhood. Caregivers also learn more about child development and what they can do at home to support growth and early learning of the children in their care.

Project Homeless Connects
2nd Annual Project
Was a Huge Success
Over 365 homeless people received services at the Yakima location. They were greeted with hot lunch and care packages. Homeless Network of Yakima County organized the project to count people who are homeless, living in transitional housing, or with friends/relatives.
A total of 47 service providers offered on-site services. Tim Sullivan, Lead Coordinator, had this to say: “It was amazing to see the community come together. The highlight was being able to offer eye exams and give out glasses. That was something new from last year.”
Our Mission:
"Working together as an expression of faith, our home nurtures strong communities...one person at a time."
